Historic property walking distance from downtown Salida. This is a fixer upper, lower, inner, and outer but the bones of this home are great! You can see the stone surround of the home from the street frontage. Likely original and from local rocks found around the property. When you walk inside, you can see all of the potential in every room. The kitchen is a big room with a laundry room adjacent to it. There are remnants of what appears to have been a fireplace or stove but that wall could easily become more cabinets and counters. There is a bathroom on this main level with a walk-in shower and two bedrooms with beautiful wood floors. The living room is nice and open and there is another family room area with a wood stove. Upstairs is a fun loft area with a huge closet space. If bringing this home back to full glory isn't appealing, no problem. This is three city lots in C1 zoning in the Commercial District of Salida. It is just outside of the historic overlay so the possibilities for development are open to new ideas. If you would like more information, or to schedule a tour, give us a call!
